Terms of service
1. Who operates the service
AI Case Fit ; Address for correspondence and complaints: Email: hello@aicasefit.com.
These terms govern the AI Case Fit website, free idea checks and full reports. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant contract, or act through an authorised representative. Mandatory consumer protections, including protections extended by law to certain sole traders, always apply.
2. What you receive
The free check assesses the suitability of AI for your description. A paid full report provides a feature analysis, alternatives, cost scenarios, an MVP plan and recommendations, in your selected supported language. The offer shown before payment describes the purchase. There is no subscription unless an offer expressly states otherwise.
Reports use automated AI analysis. They are decision-support material, not an audit, certification, or individual legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee business success, demand, profitability, model accuracy or implementation outcomes. Estimates and inferences are not established facts. Linked sources and checked dates help you assess factual claims; products and prices can change and AI can misinterpret evidence. Verify consequential decisions with suitable professionals. These limitations do not excuse failure to deliver the report as described.
3. Ordering, payment and delivery
You can review the idea, report language and final price before paying. The checkout shows the payable total, currency, applicable taxes and the identity of the seller. Submitting your email alone does not charge you. Follow the final payment confirmation to complete the purchase.
For purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, the Stripe/Link entity identified at checkout is the merchant of record. Its transaction terms apply to that purchase; AI Case Fit supplies the product and handles product questions. The actual checkout and receipt identify the contracting seller. We do not represent that every Stripe payment necessarily uses Managed Payments.
Generation starts after payment confirmation. The report is made available through your order page; where email delivery is enabled, it is also sent to the address provided, with a link and, when available, a PDF. Processing usually takes several minutes but this is not a guaranteed delivery time. Keep your order link and check your spam folder. If delivery fails or is delayed, contact us so we can provide the report or arrange the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable.
You need an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript and an accessible email address; PDF downloads require a PDF reader. You can save or print these terms and the report. Report links grant access to the document: share them only with intended recipients.
4. Permitted use
Submit only material you are entitled to use. Do not include sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, credentials or unlawful content. Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively or bypass service protections. We may restrict access necessary to prevent misuse or protect security, without removing statutory rights relating to an existing purchase.
You retain rights in your input and grant us only the permissions needed to process it, deliver the service and use it as described in the privacy policy. You may use, adapt and share your report for personal or business purposes. Outputs may resemble other AI outputs; exclusive rights in generated material are not guaranteed. Third-party product names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
5. Complaints, withdrawal and refunds
Send complaints to hello@aicasefit.com or the address above. Describe the problem, the requested remedy and, if available, your order ID. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Rights concerning non-delivery or non-conformity of digital content remain available, including correction, price reduction or termination/refund where the law provides them.
For an online purchase, an eligible consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For paid digital content, loss of that right requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Payment or starting generation alone is not treated by these terms as a waiver. Statutory complaint rights remain even where the withdrawal right has validly ended.
For a Managed Payments purchase, use the transaction support route shown on your receipt or Sold through Link support. You can also contact us and we will help route the request. For contracts with us, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement by email or post; no special form is required. A simple statement is: “I withdraw from my contract for [report/order], concluded on [date]. My name and contact details are […].” Sending it within the applicable period preserves the deadline.
Applicable refunds are made without undue delay and within the statutory deadline, generally 14 days from receipt of a valid withdrawal, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra charges. We do not promise that refunds require our personal approval: the merchant of record may act under its terms and applicable law.
6. Responsibility and applicable law
We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. For customers who have no mandatory consumer protection, and to the extent legally permitted, our contractual liability is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss up to the amount paid to us for the affected report; lost profits and indirect losses are excluded. This limitation does not cover intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Polish law governs these operator terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law otherwise applicable to them. Jurisdiction follows applicable law; no exclusive court is imposed on consumers. Consumers may seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman or an appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights under completed purchases.
